For table payments, we accept checks via USPS (please inquire) or paypal at our club address: gchwclub@gmail.com Due to high demand, it may take a day or two. We do sell out of tables, so reserve early!

Vendor setup:

Since we use a public school as our venue (Lakota East), vendors are invited to set up the day of the show in the morning before doors open (7:00-9:00am). During this time, the show is closed to the public to allow you to prepare.

Once you arrive on site, check in with our table crew to pick up a wristband and get directions to your table.

NEW: Starting in March 2022, all show vendors will now enter on the SIDE of Lakota East during the setup hours on the day of the show (7:00am – 9:00am).

This entrance is closer to the center of the show space, does not have steps and has parking close by.

If you have show tables (as a vendor), please plan to use this entrance for load in / load out on the day of the show.

Sales during vendor setup hours: We do not encourage vendors to buy and sell during the setup hours. Please conduct all business during show hours.

Vendor cancellation policy: The club will refund vendor table fees under the following conditions: a scheduled show is canceled completely due to weather or other conditions, the vendor is unable to attend the show and notifies the club at cincydiecastshow@gmail.com UP TO 5 DAYS in advance.

All table payments must be made by the advertised due date on this site or the club reserves the right to forfeit the reservation and offer the table to the next vendor on the waiting list.
