Have diecast to sell and trade? Join us for our shows as a vendor:
To inquire about a table (or a few) for our upcoming show, please email our table coordinator
For table payments, please use our online reservation system to secure your tables. For payment, we accept checks via USPS (please inquire for mailing address) or paypal at our club address: [email protected] Due to high demand, it may take up to a few days to get back to you. We do sell out of tables, so reserve early!
Vendor setup: Since we use a public school as our venue (Lakota East), vendors are invited to set up the day of the show in the morning before doors open (7:00-9:00am). During this time, the show is closed to the public to allow you to prepare.
All show vendors will now be able to enter on the SIDE of Lakota East during the setup hours on the day of the show (7:00am – 9:00am). If you have show tables (as a vendor), please plan to use this entrance for load in / load out on the day of the show.
This entrance is closer to the center of the show space, does not have steps and has parking close by. Please plan to bring a cart or trolley to help with loading your merchandise.
Dollies / carts: As we have in the past, we’re using what Lakota calls the “Main Street” hallway and their cafeteria at the end of the hall to set up for the show. It’s almost 350 feet long and impressive to see (the area labeled in orange)! As a result, consider bringing carts or dollies to bring in your sale items and totes. We may have a few on hand to lend you, but they will be in demand. If you have a cart or a dolly to bring along, it should make things quite a bit easier for you.
Wristbands: Once you arrive on site, check in with our table crew to pick up a wristband(s) and get directions to your table. Each vendor is permitted to have one helper / additional wristband admitted for show setup. Additional guests should plan to enter during the public show hours starting at 9:00am.
Sales during vendor setup hours: We do not encourage vendors to buy and sell during show setup hours. Please conduct all business during show hours.
Non-table space: Your table rental includes the area of the 6 or 8 foot table you reserved, the “air” immediately above and below the table and the space behind the table for vendor movement/storage.
We encourage our vendors to use their space to the fullest, however due to space restrictions, at this time, we are not permitting vendors to bring their own tables, extra shelves, displays or fixtures positioned outside of the table space (including walls, school furniture and floor at the sides of the tables). As an example, it’s acceptable for a vendor to set up a pegboard, display or shelf on the table itself, but these items should not be at the end / next to the table or on the walls of the facility.
Security: Unfortunately, we’ve seen reports from larger shows (even Nationals) that theft has become an issue during events. Please remain vigilant and consider putting expensive items closer to your view and keep an eye on your / your neighbor’s tables.
Based on the positive response from past shows, we will continue to have a uniformed police officer who will be walking among the crowd to help deter theft during the core show hours. If you see suspicious activity, please report it to a club member or the officer on duty.
Vendor cancellation policy: The club will refund vendor table fees under the following conditions:
- A scheduled show is canceled completely due to weather or other conditions,
- The vendor is unable to attend the show and notifies the club at [email protected] AT LEAST 4 DAYS in advance.
All table payments must be made by the advertised due date on this site or the club reserves the right to forfeit the reservation and offer the table to the next vendor on the waiting list.
